Essential
· 8+ years of software development experience
· Last 3 years as an Architect
· At least of 5 years of hands-on experience with Linux/Unix/Solaris Kernel mode programming and debugging environments.
· Experience with programming for operating system kernels and drivers.
· Kernel and/or threads programming experience.
· Expertise in C/C++ programming and debugging.
1.Desirable
· Close understanding of File System implementation is important
· Experience of Product Development and Technical Support
· Experience in OO Methodologies
· Experience of Configuration Management, CASE and Testing Tools
2. Skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be able to clearly set and articulate a technical vision, direction and highly technical concepts, create specifications for building products.
· Good business maturity is essential.
3. Qualifications
· An engineering/B. Sc. degree in Computer Science, MCA, or closely related field is required.
