Job Description
|
Several positions available with a leader in Network Storage products.
These successful candidates will lead design, development, unit testing and documentation of this leading Network Storage organization’s NAS protocols. They will be responsible for detailed design and implementation of components. Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills will be required, as mentoring of team members and technical collaboration with internal teams is necessary.
Specifically, the duties include:
* Design, development and unit testing of the organization's NAS protocol layers
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Junior Engineers
* Collaborate with internal teams on technical issues
* Write performance evaluations
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
* BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
* 5-15 years technical experience
* Minimum of 5 years direct experience with enterprise class network attached storage (NAS) development
* Distributed system knowledge required
* Experience in System Software development w/strong emphasis on file system development (local file system, distributed file system), storage system development, OS and file system internal and NAS Protocols (NFS v2, v3, v4; CIFS & ADS)
* UNIX , Linux, Solaris, Microsoft
* Strong communication skills
* Strong technical writing skills

Salary Range
|
$110K- $150K + Possible Bonus + Possible Options + Possible Incentives
