Job Description
|
- Implementation and porting of Linux kernel, drivers and applications for communication and video systems on embedded platforms.
- Contribute to design.
- Experience with real-time issues on Linux embedded platforms.
- Track developments in the Linux community and maintain the Linux kernel and associated applications based upon contributions to the open source community.
- Integrate with voice and video decoder/encoder systems.
- Implement, document, and maintain Board Support Packages including boot-loaders and drivers.
- Work with bringing up Linux on newly developed customer platforms.
- Support Linux application development within the organization.
- Enhance GNU tool chain to take advantage of hardware architecture.
- Tune the Linux stack to take advantage of hardware features of the hardware.
