Job Description
|
This person will focus on implementing Device Drivers. This person must have extensive experience Linux systems programming using C and C++. Strong verbal and written communication is required. Strong networking is required.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Understanding of Unix and/or Linux internals and configuration. Linux background is heavily preferred
• Design/Implementation:
o C++ Linux (Debian is heavily preferred)
o ARM processor is heavily preferred
o OwerQuicc processor is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong networking
Desired Skills/Experience:
• Design/Implementation:
o Kernel programming
o Embedded development, particularily on PowerQuicc and ARM processors
o Telephony experience
• Unix/Linux system administration (this is not an administrative role, however we would like some understanding of this area)
